Entering Singapore

:) hi good day. I am a pilipino聽 work in Singapore 3 years ago. I came back here in Philippines ways back 2018 from juhor bharu Singapore immigration officer hold me to enter Singapore cos they found out that I work part time with out Permit. So officer ask me to go back to Philippines and band for 2 years, I cannot enter Singapore for 2 years base on the paper i Singh that day.
Now it鈥檚 already almost 3 years since then.
My employer got a spass quota so she apply me for spass and it鈥檚 already approved by the MOM. My question is, if I enter Singapore with my IPA letter with me is there any possible problem because of my previous case??

In pandemic situation, IPA letter is not enough to enter Singapore. Your employer should obtain entry permit from MoM with a specific date or a period to enter. Without entry approval you may be denied to entry here.

On your previous ban, ICA has the authority to deny your entry irrespective of whatever approval you may have from MoM. But as I said above get your entry permit from MoM which comes via ICA guidelines, this way chances are very unlikely that ICA will deny your entry. Good luck

Note: Never do any work in Singapore without MoM鈥檚 approval.

Agree with Surya here.

Please don鈥檛 do anything that鈥檚 not legal, here in Singapore and/ or elsewhere. You are just risking your professional career and chances to live and work in a great country.

Get a legitimate pass approved (which you have), get your safe travel approvals (which have the ICA involved), get relevant pre-departure PCR tests etc, fly safe.
