I'm looking for a roommate to share my studio, available now.

Location:
- 5-min walk to the Sillim subway station and 5-min walk to the bus stop for buses to anywhere in seoul.

Rent:
- KRW 250,000/month, utilities included. Deposit is one month's rent.

Facilities:
- Full kitchen with gas stove, medium-sized refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots, etc.
- Clothes washer and dryer.
- Wi-Fi Internet, cable TV with surround sound system
- a wall-hanging air conditioning unit.

Roommate:
- I'm a 26-year-old  Korean man, kind, pleasant and clean, and I'm looking for a roommate who is the same.
- I'm a native Korean and speak English
- You can be any nationality, any age. The most important thing is that you're a good person who gets along well with others.

Restrictions:
- No smoking(only ouside), no pets. Alcohol is fine but no getting drunk in the room
