Expat family life in pangyo seoul

Hello

We are a family being relocated from Okpo Geoje, to pangyo seoul. Our children, all boys, are 8,6 and nearly 3.

What is the expat life like in pangyo? Are there many families? Our older children will attend KIS. Any thoughts on the school? Any suggestions of where to look for an apartment? aee there any apartments within walking distance to the school?

Can anyone suggest a kinder for our 3 year old? Something for just a couple of short days per week?

Basically any info or tips would be appreciated. Any child friendly advice on activities etc.

Also, how much English language should we expect. My korean is absolute beginners level.

There are KIS at Pangyo.

Not many foreigners live in pangyo as much as Geoje.
