working visa for an Italian, I will work in a fashion company

Hello, I am an Italian citizen, 30 years old with a Bachelor degree in Chinese I completed a Korean language course at the Kyungdong University in Sokcho, Gangwondo, my visa type is D4 and will expire at the end of August.
Last week I had an interview here in Seoul at a fashion company, they want to hire me full time like the assistant of the CEO, I will use my Italian, English and Korean language skills to help her in her tasks. The only work experience that I had here in Korea is as translator for a few days from Korean/English to Italian.
I went to聽 Korean immigration office and to the Italian embassy here in Seoul, but they are not sure about the Visa type I have to obtain.
What type of visa I have to have in order to work at that company?
