I'm new around here.

And I'm planning to open a business in Sri Lanka.
Can anybody help me with the legal procedures and costs to setup a company there?

Right now, I'm travelling but still far away from Sri Lanka. As soon as I get there I might need your help, yes.

But is there any info you could share to help me plan this business adventure? Like... the dos and don'ts, how hard it is to get business visas, work permits and all that?

You can Sri Lanka visa easily, first come to Sri Lanka there are lot of foreigners have hotels, my home town is tangalle, it's located near the beach.
