Hi,

I want to build a 4 story commercial building in Colombo 5.
How can you obtain planning permission and from where?
What is the current cost per square foot (or meter)?

I am a Chartered Architect doing my individual private practice here.
Done couple of G+5 buildings for private sector and for the University.
Construction cost currently Rs7500/= per sq.ft. Rs.9,500/= depending on the level of standards.
