I don't think you'll find any TRT-experts here at expat.com.

@SimonRege , it’s available most pharmacy’s have it, or they can order it. But you have to shop for the price. I was taking it for 30 years.  10 years in Thailand.  Just recently stopped because of the side effects. For a 75 year old man it was too much for me.  Enjoy your trip.

"Thailand has a very modern healthcare system." If you're an expat with a good insurance (or money) or a Thai with an insurance, yes. Not for a common Thai who must go to the cheapest government hospital in the district where he/she is staying. Don't compare private hospitals with government hospitals.

@Aidan in HCMC 150-200tbh a shot or they will give you needles and show you how to do it so you don't hit the siactic nerve
