Hi guys me and my partner are looking in Din Daeng Bangkok Area to Rent a Condo.

We have looked at a few but are asked for Rental Reference from previous Thailand Rental Property by Real Estate Agents.

If you haven't Rented before how do you Rent without a Rental Reference.......it's the one thing we fail on as don't have one..... very frustrating.

Any ideas much appreciated 馃憤馃檪

Just use another Real Estate agent and check out other condos. Some high end condominiums might ask for a reference,but otherwise it's not very common.
