G'Day all,

I'm trying to crack the permanent stay in Thailand nut and have formed an opinion; however, seeking advice or input in validating my decision (based on my limited understandings).

I am looking for a more recent successful experience 馃樂

I am aware of the health insurance requirement and maturing to 74 in April, I am grateful for a robust constitution and a supportive Wife and stepdaughter.聽

I intend to build an energy efficient house (ex-Builder and designer) and have a plan/goal to build some additional accommodation on a time share basis in 1, 3, 6 and 12-month blocks.
