No problem with 6 mo contract. Are there: swimming-pool and fitness?
Otherwise do you know of condos with these features? (real swimming-pool)
Hopefully with trees around, far from pollution

Peanuts is around 15K for a one bedroom apartment. Closer to the sea ~24K. Large, bright. There are lots of construction projects,
For the rest, I am a Canadian - but you can find the info easily 0n the web.

BTW there are other options - one I am considering: Rumania (Black Sea and mountains)
The other is Czech Republic
Turkey
The coastline of Croatia, Dubrovnik (Brits are buying everything they can there)
