Hello, I would like to know more about Brazil, are there places there that are clean, affordable, near the beach, safe, without tourist, to live for 2-3 months? We are in Thailand, but always looking for better places to visit. We have retired from the US.聽 Patrick

Hello everyone! Audra here :)
Brazil: Natal, Rio Grande do Norte - safe, close to the beach, can buy a condo for peanuts, you'll love it.

Google it

No problem with 6 mo contract. Are there: swimming-pool and fitness?
Otherwise do you know of condos with these features? (real swimming-pool)
Hopefully with trees around, far from pollution
TIA

Peanuts is around 15K for a one bedroom apartment. Closer to the sea ~24K. Large, bright. There are lots of construction projects,
For the rest, I am a Canadian - but you can find the info easily 0n the web.
Can you give me web sites where this information can be found?聽 Thanks, Patrick

BTW there are other options - one I am considering: Rumania (Black Sea and mountains)
The other is Czech Republic
