Hi everyone
I am Steve and have a condo in Phuket. To say it is different since coming here a year
ago is an understatement. About 1/4 of the businesses are open.

A few trade offs in the current situation the pricing across the board seems so much more reasonable
but fewer to choose from. And, probably still higher than most of the rest of the country.

At any rate I love the beaches and ocean and being retired I don't have to be anywhere
right away.

I'm from the US and had to quarantine in Bangkok for 10 days. It wasn't bad.

Good Steve .nice place your living .I stayed there a few months .it will improve after covid for sure .

I may be looking for condo style property, perhaps rent to buy, or just rent, in one of the following locations:

Chiang Mai (first priority)
Bangkok suburb
Phuket

Any other suggestions?
