HRT Estrogel available?

Moving to Bangkok next year and wanted to know how hard is it to access HRT. I currently get Estrogel from my doctor in Australia via prescription.

Were you able to find a pharmacy that you can buy Estrogel (not patches) from?

I am going to Bangkok end of year and after many months in Indonesia i will be running out.
