By city bus:

Take a blue public bus No. 703 at the Bus station in Park 23/9 (at the corner of Pham Ngu Lao and Cong Quynh street). If you want to get back to Saigon on the same day, you should start your border run at least by 9 am, as the last bus leaves Moc Bai around 4 or 5 pm. The journey to the border takes about 3 hours.

Departs every 30 minutes. Price: 40.000 VND/person

I'm not 100% sure where it stops as the two times I went to this border around 8 years ago I took buses that were going into Cambodia, which cost more but naturally went all the way to the exit gate and eventually through the border without me. This bus 703 is apparently the cheapest way.

Just search for "bus 703 to moc bai" and you will get a lot of detailed info from various websites of visa agencies and youtube videos although you should check to make sure the info is still up-to-date.聽
