What currency are you holding? (VND?)

Is it in cash, or in a bank in Cambodia?

Are you talking about saving the cost of fees, or did you mean an interest bearing "saving" account?

@Klmeermpt666 there is a e-Bank in Vietnam called "Timo" open for expats and you can do electronic movements among banks (transfers) and payments through Grab, Momo, Lazada, Shopee and similars.

Regarding the ATM card:聽 Only expats permitted to work or do business or residents are allowed to ask for one. Vietnamese laws don't allow any bank to emit cards to tourists nor VEC holders.聽
