I remembered I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and one handbags..
by the time I got to the last payment section..
they said certain merchants can not be delivered here
so pissed off and have not looked at it since..

but probably will try to order some books.. ( I wonder what will happen if I order playboy~~)
however,,from my experience
1. courier fees to Vietnam seems higher than to other countries
2. you will have to pay a lot of duty when it is imported
3. VN custom always open your parcel...

Wasn't talking about delivery. Didn't even get that far. I'm talking about payment. I'm a registered user with them and have a registered Visa credit card issued in the USA. When I tried to issue payment, I got the message. I complained vehemently with them. Just got a trite response, "that's our policy", to which I replied it'll be my policy to never do business with them again, even when I'm in USA. Maybe they had many other complaints like mine, and have changed their policy now.

Exactly. The issue was that my I.P. address does not match my credit card billing address. It's idiotic on their part not to expect anyone to place an order with a credit card away from the credit card billing address.

they are not just for people who like to wear imitations..................i know some just don't get it.

To avoid tax, you may have it sent as a gift. Low-value gift is tax free. I'm not sure about others but if the gift is under 100$, there is no tax
