No.聽 But, you will have to be born in Vietnam, though.聽 Just go to the nearest So Tu Phap, where you were born.聽 Be nice and they should have everything that you need.

I was born in Long My probably at my parent's house. It's somewhere between Can Tho and Soc Trang. Well hopefully they have my birth record even if I wasn't born at a hospital.

Hau Giang's So Tu Phap will be able to answer all your questions.聽 Hey, that also depends on the year you were born, too.聽 Up until recently, that area was a part of Can Tho, wasn't it?

But, check with Hau Giang first.聽 They will let you know, just don't tell them anything about your 5 wives plan.

Just don't go to Saigon's.聽 They can make you look pretty silly.

I don't know I was born 1978 and left 1979 but I think it was part of Can Tho back than. Thanks I'll check out Hau Giang with one of my relatives back there.

Oh yeah, it was a part of Can Tho then.聽 But, check with Hau Giang first, because they might have taken those records down there.聽 Now, if the guys in Hau Giang tell you that they don't have your birth certificate, you will know where to go.
