Cable companies have different offerings to each other, and the same cable company has different packages. Just because they don't advertise it doesn't mean they can't supply it.

If you are really dedicated, why not buy a satellite terminal and antenna? Most satellite dealers can look after Foreigner needs, if you ask. In HCM there are a lot of dealers on NGUYEN THI MINH KHAI next to the TV station in Quan 1.
