Confused about the difference between work permit and business visa

Dear forum fellows

Just wondering what is the differences between a work permit and business visa? I am planing to start my own business here in VN and which one should I apply?聽 I assume the Business Visa?聽 Just want to make sure,聽 any input will be highly appreciated.

In short, what seems logical to me is, you won't need a Work Permit.
Instead, as an investor in Vietnam, you will most likely get a long term DT visa which will eventually make you eligible for a TRC.
I'd suggest you consult a visa lawyer. They can guide you better as laws in Vietnam keep changing all the time.
