I see that you are in Florida. The US has the worse rate of infection so it will be a while for most Asian countries to open to US tourists. Luckily today, the first vaccinations were given to first responders throughout the country.

Cambodia, Croatia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Dominica, Dubai,
Ecuador, Egypt, French Polynesia, Guatemala, Jamaica, Maldives, Mexico, Morocco, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Puerto Rico, Rwanda, St. Barthelemy, Serbia, St. Lucia, St. Maarten, the UK, Tanzania, Turkey, Turks and Caicos and the US Virgin Islands.

Cambodia is the only Southeast Asian country that has opened, but "all travelers who come to Cambodia must present a valid visa issued by a Cambodian Embassy or Consulate. E-visa programs have been suspended.

Additionally, foreigners are required to give a $2,000 deposit when arriving at the airport and additionally purchase a local health insurance package for Covid-19 treatment.

They must also have tested negative for Covid-19 within 72 hours of their arrival in Cambodia and will also be tested once they arrive. If any traveler on the arriving flight tests positive for the coronavirus then all passengers will be quarantined for 14 days and re-tested."
