If you aren't a Vietnamese citizen you cannot buy land of any type in Vietnam.聽 You can marry a Vietnamese citizen and then buy it in her name but it will be listed in her name only.

While it's true that you can't buy land, it is possible聽 because I have done it. Unfortunately, I had a stroke 13 months ago and I haven't been working the farm since that time.

If you want, I can describe it for you and take a look at it if you want. I have almost two acres and a separate house with garden and I am not married.聽
