Trc withheld by company

My company has just given me a photocopy of my trc. Tgey are not giving me the card.聽 Any advice

Bit more info would be useful to people giving you advice, what type company, how long contacts, where, how long you been here.

Did they give any explanation of why? Technically if it's just a copy I don't think anyone will accept it as identity or for travel purposes.

It's actually the rear of the TRC that has the government stamp on it making it valid.. no stamp means it's worthless

It does take a genius to see how easily with the right materials it would be to make a fake one

My copy has a stamp.聽 They havent given me an explanation.聽 Ive been here since march. I dont have a contract, they say next week they will have for me to sign. I agreed stay a year back in may.

They did, but they are taking cost of it off my salary.

Where is the stamp.. on the front ?
How much do they charge you for it ?

Do you know if they just deferred the entire cost to be subtracted from your pay or did they pay any portion of it. It鈥檚 important for you to know.

they havent said,聽 they just said we will sort it out when we start work, which will be monday
they say police have kept the trc, ive told them i need inform embassy

Sorry I'm confused you have had the TRC for 4 years while you have been here or?

Are you starting back in a school in Monday or private learning place? is it a private company has it or a Gov school?
