Do it in Mexico before you come here.

If a major problem is discovered, take care of it first in North America.

Once you have a clear picture of your health and any acute problems are resolved, there are many options here in the 膼脿 N岷祅g area, with higher prices for places that provide a foreign doctor who speaks English well.

The cost at such specialized places here is on par with what I was paying in Mexico.

The good thing about having your physical done in Mexico is that in the (hopefully unlikely) event they detect any issue, it's just a hop-skip-and-a-jump back to Canada and our universal health care umbrella.
