I don't think I'm constantly stared at, but I welcome the staring. I fit in better that way. I think one time a couple years ago I was caught looking at the same person 3 times within maybe 5 minutes. Oops. :)
Do you remember when you cross the river "rio grande" ?
And ones you were on the other side, the white people would look at you ..the same way they look at you here?

This is normal even my home guard they always keep looking at me everytime i hang out...

Best response here.. I have been traveling to Vietnam since 1999 and have now lived here for 3 years. It use to bother me as well. I just say "hello" to the on-lookers and almost immediately their stare turns into a smile and a mutual greeting.
It is little thing like this that you can turn around and make your life here so much more pleasant!
