Just what VN needs, NOT, a bloody telemarketing operation to harass us.

Luckily we can block callers ... and even complain to the Cellco who can withdraw your calling facilities.

Better check with the Ministry of Communications.

Everyday has been a new and fascinating experience... No 2 days are the same in Saigon.
