Hunt around VN web sites and see if there is anything you fancy. If the designers name isn't on the page look at the page source code - you might find it there.

If you have someone design something for you MAKE A CONTRACT. The CONTRACT should state that the AUTHORS COPYRIGHT IS TRANSFERRED TO YOU!

You should also get the web site password and IMMEDIATELY CHANGE IT. Never give anyone the PASSWORD, especially not the designer.

Also, make sure the domain name is REGISTERED IN YOUR NAME (and ONLY YOU have the PASSWORDS for the DOMAIN)
