It really depends on what you are looking for.

There is Annam in D1 for example with Western products only (French and American but not only).

I personally go there time to time, but it's expansive.
I also like to go to Giant in D7 (B1 of Crescent Mall). Very large supermarket with a good selection on western products.
Metro in D2 is also quite good (Their "fresh" products are very..."fresh", meat, veggies,...)
