Can we work in Vietnam on tourist visa ??

Hello everyone
I am living in Ho chi Minh Dist 1 and have an international passport
I want to work but I had a question that will I be able to work in Ho chi Minh with a tourist visa ??

No you can't.

Employment is prohibited while on a tourist visa.
If caught working illegally, you will be fined, thrown into jail and finally deported.

If you want to work in Vietnam, first find an employer who is willing to apply for your work permit.

You'll definitely be able to work on a tourist visa, no doubt about that.

However, if/when you get caught, you'll end up in a world of trouble so its heavily advised against. Just get the right papers.

There is no country that will allow you to work on a tourist visa legally. I am pretty 100% sure on that.

This question has been posted on a number of the Forums and the answer has always been No.

One stuck out.... I am on holiday in Poland and bored, I am from the Philippines, can I work on a Tourist visa to kill the time.聽
