I went with an apartment on Airbnb in OSC which is much larger than I needed. I got deep monthly discount. This will allow me a month to decide where to rent permanently.

Posting contact details on threads of this nature is common for property agents that knowingly break the forum's anti-spamming rules, even after many warnings.
My usual advice to posters is us not to use services provided by such companies as, if they're so willing to break rules so often, one has to consider how trustworthy such a person or company is when handling your money.
