QRP renewal for 2023

I just want to know if BTB is now accepting 2023 QRP renewal and if I can send my renewal documents to them by e-mail.聽 This year, I haven't received BTB's announcement that they accept renewal applications yet, so I'm wondering.聽 I'm trying to contact BTB, but no reply to my e-mails and their telephone number seems not working.聽


Is there anyone who knows about this?

I sent in mine via an agent. She charges 150 bz to process the paperwork.

Yes, she is the one helped me submitted and approved the QRP two years ago and helped me to open a bank account in Belize also. Now she just get my documents, review and submit renewal for me.
