Yes, you can manage your Starlink experience in English, and you can definitely access US streaming services, though the "link" to the US happens through your devices rather than the Starlink hardware itself.

OK where I live right now there’s Internet, but it’s all Spanish so if I open the app on my iPad, it’s not correct. It’s not my service so what I must do since my iPhone has a US phone number and connects to Texas. I  login while on my hotspot on my iPhone once connected and logged in I can switch over to the Wi-Fi.. is this what you’re talking about I was hoping I would not need to go through all that

Your Internet Service Provider (could be Starlink, Kolbe, etc) gives you access to the Internet. From there, the router that's part of the Starlink "kit" connects to the Internet. Once you're connected to the Internet, you should be able to connect to anything that's available on the Internet -- live, streaming, subscription services, etc.

You should be able to go to Settings on the router or on whatever it's connecting to and change the language (idioma) to English (ingles).

I know a guy who can provide and install the Starlink hardware and set it up. From there, he can supply you a second router that's loaded with VPN software, and he can enroll you in DirecTV where you can get all the U.S. cable channels plus anything you choose to subscribe to. I don't quote prices, but you can send me a message here and I'll give you his contact information. His English is fine.

We've had Starlink for about two years and have been consistently pleased with the experience. I wouldn't look any farther.
