Arriving into Punta Cana November 28th

My wife and I are arriving into Punta Cana from the UK on the 28th of November and leaving 25 Jan 2024. It's a bit of a scouting exercise with the intention of a permanent move later in 2024.

Flights are booked and looking for some advice on where to live in relation to nice areas and how to pay local prices instead of tourist prices for rent. Any advice on where to go would be appreciated.

Ideally Bavaro, Los Coralles Punta Cana is the areas we think we like ....

Welcome to the forums.聽 Looks like a 2 month stay. Anything you rent for a shirt time will be considered tourist accomodations.

You best bet may be air bnb to get the lay of the land.

Look on airbnb or vrbo at the properties and can negotiate a longer term deal with owner and/or property manager/management. Keep in mind your dates are start of peak season.
