Nope not at all. The laws here are on the tenants side.  Minimum notice on something like this is 90 days.

Let's say it's against the law, like so many other things, like all the mourners, muggings, but the family actually comes around and kicks you out......what are you gong to do?  You would have to be profoundly naive to think you would any more justice than in those other cases.....like none.
