Hello.

Do you guys approximately how much one should pay for fresh mahi mahi?

There is a guy around cabarete beach that sells his fish at $200 pesos per pound uncut.

What do you think, is this gringo price?

I have a fillet of dorado frozen in the fridge that I bought in Super Pola in Santo Domingo and the price was $198 per pound.

so it is way too much then. Cause he sell it at 200 pesos before he does the fillet.

are you sure the 200 doesn't include the filet work ?

he bring a whole 12 lbs fish and said it's 200 pesos per pounds. Then he does fillet it but there isn't too much meat. i was wondering if 1400 pesos is too much
