Relocating and working in Roatan

My wife and I would like to re locate to Roatan. I would have to work, I have 30 year鈥檚 construction management experience as well as 15 years large loss property adjustor with Farmers Insurance. Currently I am an estimator with a restoration/disaster company. Any suggestions in finding a job?
