Hi I'm Stephen from USA. I have international construction expeience and would like solid info if there is a need there. I have worked condos schools hospitals and residential houses. I plan to retire and build a house there

Do you speak Spanish? If not, it will be a tough road. Plus, to set up a business here requires a lot of research.

There is a lot of construction going on in Panama, but I have also heard that foreigners can't get jobs that can be filled by Panamanians so it might be tough to impossible for you. Perhaps a lawyer can help you more?
