New friendly visa law changes

Looking to learn more about the implications of the recent law changes and if anyone has tips to share.

I was going to apply for friendly visa by next summer but now it seems like w ended to invest a lot more money and even the residency requirements have changed.

Hi.

The new requirement is an investment on real estate of 200k. You can have a mortgage on it. Or have a term deposit of 200k in a local bank.
Now you need to have an employer sponsor your visa.
