moving to Vienna starting June for a couple of years.聽 Can not seem to find new high rise building with modern/luxury apartments.聽 Can anyone recommend any buildings that are fairly new construction.

Because you are unlikely to find something like that. Google "estate agents in Vienna" and ask them to find a modern flat.
