Hi Forum Users,

I am seeking help in regard to getting a visa for my wife, and a residence permit.

I am a Dutch citizen and I have recently rented a house in Hasselt, Belgium. My family, including my two Dutch children and my Turkish wife, are currently living in Turkey. I am hoping to bring them to Hasselt with me, but I am in need of assistance with the visa and residence permit process. I have already registered with the municipality of Hasselt and have received a 'Rijksregisternummer', but I have been told that I am on a waiting list. I am looking for a lawyer who can provide professional advice and guidance on this matter. Do you have any recommendations for a lawyer who would be willing to speak with me about these issues? Additionally, do you know anyone who has experience with this process and would be open to discussing it with me?
