Can I get a work visa while I am a tourist?

While I was in the Flemish region as a tourist, I signed with a Turkish bakery. I have a bakery certificate. Can I apply for a work visa before returning to Turkey? Also, what documents will we need?

unfortunately, if you've no resident permit or are a family member of EU, you'll need to go back to your country and apply for a single permit (work + stay process).

Your future employer will have to start the visa request for you (it takes 3-4 months until you get your visa, then your resident card once you arrive again in Belgium).
