change expert for the 茅tats des lieux

Hello,

I am leaving my aprtment聽 and in my contract it is stated the name of the e xpert for聽 the etat des lieux in exit, being the same that wrote the etat ded lieux in entrance.

The expert is a tecnician of trust of the landlord ( that owes the whole building) and he聽 is well known to request extra money from the renter, even for non -existing issues and to create a lot of problems.

I eperienced many structura problems in the apartments , all documetned with exchange of mails with the property. However a couple of damages are visible, which are not reported in the etat du lieux in entrance, but are not my fault.聽

I would avoid havig to go to court becasue of this technician,

Do I have the right to propose a different ( impartial) technician to the landlord? Is there a list I can consult?
