I understand that once you have the SP, the Belgian government gets in touch with the corresponding embassy. But who receives the notification that my residence permit is approved? Also my employer? Thanks and good luck to everyone!

Hello everyone. I received my SP on 24th Jan 2024.

I am sharing my Timeline.

Documents submitted :- 08/09/2023

No-reply email :- 11/09/2023

Work permit:- 17/10/2023

Residence permit:- 24/01/2024

I had paid €144 as Single permit processing fees on 17/01/2024.

I would strongly recommend all non-EU applicants to keep in touch with your employer on regular basis to speed up the process.

Congratulations! Thank you very much for sharing your time line. In your previous messages, you had said you received your wp on 13 nov but in this message it is 17 oct.  Can you check and confirm which one is correct?-@rohitbhowal02

@sahosseiniee hello, my employer received WP on 17/10/2023. But I was informed on 11th or 13th November. Hence the misinformation. Good luck and best wishes.
