Schengen visa application status

Hi!

I applied for a Schengen short-stay visa, and according to the courier service, my application file reached the Belgium Consulate on 11 April 2024. However, I didn't receive any confirmation email or status tracking information from the consulate. I have already emailed them but haven't received a reply. It feels like I am in the dark. In all my previous visa applications with other countries, I have always received confirmation emails/tracking information from respective consulates/embassies soon after the application file was delivered.

Is there any way to get status updates on my application?
