I've sent you a message inbox. Regarding the payment, does he have to pay to his commune or he can do it with his account?

Hi Grace! Your partner should provide his work contract, his payslips for the last six months (at least) and also pay what they call a 'contribution fees'. He can get information on how to pay it from the immigration office website. He needs to pay it using his bank account and provide you with the proof of payment which you also need to add to your application. If this payment is not made, the processing of your application will be delayed until you pay.

@Kitah

Okay Thanks a lot

There are two possible combinations:

  1. EU Belgian resident and non-EU partner.
  2. Non-EU Belgian resident and non-EU partner.

They have different visa processing times.

@kyle78

i know but its very uncertain..i am curious if there鈥檚 anyone who has recently received approval, please if you hear anything or get any updates about it, I鈥檇 be grateful if you could let me know馃檹馃徎

Isn't going to be asking for a visa?

@bulubusra

It seems they all went for holidays. I didn't see anyone who received it since last week.

So, my assumptions are not valid anymore unfortunately.

@Mert AKEL

On the site called "sikayetvar" I saw a few people who were accepted in this June. Also, one of the users wrote that his previous application was finalized in August, meaning that not everyone went on vacation during those dates..

People who heard back in june, any idea when they applied? @bulubusra

i remember it was december 2024 @ss942

@SimCityAT

Of course they do. Plenty of non-Europeans live in Europe...

do you have any update? @ss942

Hello, curious to know if anyone has gotten response yet.聽 When did you apply?

@Grace Great

Hello any update on your application

@Bems1

"Great news via @Bel莽ikaAilebirle艧imiVizeS眉releri: A non-EU family's June 27th application was approved in 5 months, with their arrival in Belgium on January 9th!"

@Gurbetciadayi

Which month was it approved please

@Bems1

The exact approval date isn't specified, but since they mentioned it took 5 months, I estimate it was likely between late November and the first weeks of December.
