i rented a appartment in july 2019 . my landlord had regesterd contrect at MYRENT

my wife applied long term visa D in september 2019 for joining me but visa denied in july 2020 reason of finanical issue.....now i want to again apply visa ,, but today i see regeseter contract document written here this.
