Short stay family visa are open?

Hello,
Is the visa application center open for processing short stay family visa? I heard from news that belgium has lifted its entry ban from high risk countries () But I dont see India's name in the high risk country list. ()

Just want to understand if family can apply for a short stay visa.

Hi, I applied on June 23th in Turkey and receive my family visit visa on 7th July. Short term visa applications required pre approval, and in visa center they ask you for your approval.
For this pre approval, I sent an email to embassy in my country and told them about situation and they approved our application. Hope this helps.
