Hi I've just installed a borehole pump and 5000l tank for a watering system in my garden.聽 I've discovered that operating the borehole pump once an hour lets me optimise the quantity of water I get from my borehole.聽 Which control unit would enable me to protect my borehole from run-dry with an automatic reset time of 1 hour.聽 The pump I'm using is 500W so the standard current draw will be 2A.

The pump fills my tank at about 60 litres per minute and the borehole refils at a rate of 4 litres per minute.聽 I've tried using an IBO flow sensor but unfortunately even though the specified reset time is one hour in actual fact it resets every 30 seconds, which is not good for the pump.
