Hi we have been looking at some houses in the Pavlikeni area and the village of Butovo.
Does anyone know this area and have any advice please?

Hi Paul,
Nice area, lots of expats around. Big market on Tuesdays in Pavlikeni and numerous boot markets around from March to Nov. Veliko Tarnovo not far away for the big shops and plenty of places to visit and explore. I think you will like it.
