Hi in Praktiker, which is the English equivalent to B & Q.聽 25 kg bag of cement is 4.99 lv
from the same source 30 kg of sand is 2.99 lv or 40lv for a ton.聽 so in GBP terms cement is about 拢2.50聽 sand is 拢1.25聽 it may be possible to get cheaper prices from a builders merchant if you can find one

Yes you can find a builders merchant.聽 You can receive a 30% discount if you buy enough.聽聽However you must have them include delivery and unloading.

Further your site must have security or it will disappear that very night.聽
