Go to . - I think it had optional captions in English - find your village or neighboring聽 villages and search vacant land or whatever suites you. Then compare results , usually they give descriptive quotes.

Sorry, I can't find English captions on this site, but this is a the web portal every bg uses. See the the link with my result, on Radnevo St Zagora district. they say average price per sq m is 15 euro.

Hi, it depends I suppose on what you want and design. I would say starting point is 300 euro sq meter. This is at lower end, just to help you think. There are so many variables with location, design, quality of materials etc.

They're based in the US and scrape property brokers'/estate agents' sites in a lot of countries.聽 I'm doubtful that their figures for Bulgaria are any more reliable than imoti etc...

Pfff... it's a bit of string, innit, depends on so many factors. Type of property, size of property, construction method, materials used, etc. Then even when it's almost done, there's a big chunk on finishing (flooring, walls, kitchens and bathrooms, lights, heating/cooling, etc.), which means a dramatic difference in cost between high-quality finishing and getting the cheapest of everything.

Maybe 500+ euros/m2 prefab construction, maybe 1,000 euros/m2 standard build. Build to Bulgarian Standard, so maybe another 300-500 euros / m2 for finishing.
