I just wanted to check if you were able to get in touch with them and arrange your appointment for the biometric card. Were you successful, or did you encounter any issues again?

Have to post this reply. Live on the Eastern end of Cyprus. Dont have problems with anything. Biometric about 18 months ago-- took 15 mins to complete (appointment in 3 days) and receive in 2 weeks, Driving Licence renewal can still be done at Citizen advice. Finally registerd for Tax after 9 years and got TIN in 10days. Believe this am happy I live in this part of Cyprus. Yes speak Greek so maybe it is an advantage.

All I seem to hear is complaints from other parts of Cyprus and especially one area. Good luck to the moaners.

Larnaca is not too bad either. Driving licence within the week, DTI tax applied and got within the month.

True, there is a lot of paperwork, but Larnaca doesn't seem to have long times to make appointments or get paperwork processed.

The complaint in this case was that the member was using an incorrect email address, and that's why it kept being returned as undeliverable.
